Cryptosavers Club is a decentralized self-service app built on top of the Bitshares blockchain that allows users to buy, earn, and sell stablecoins using decentralized finance (DeFi) in order to potentially earn high yields in a shorter amount of time. 

By accessing or using the Cryptosavers Club platform or app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations.

Scope of Services: Cryptosavers Club is a platform that allows users to access and interact with DeFi services and investments. Cryptosavers Club does not provide any financial advice or recommendations, and the information provided on our platform and app is for informational purposes only. Cryptosavers Club does not endorse any specific investment or service, and users should conduct their own research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.

User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for their own investment decisions and actions on the Cryptosavers Club platform. Users should carefully consider their own investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances before deciding to invest, and should be aware that investing in DeFi carries potential risks and uncertainties. Users are also responsible for managing their own investments and any issues or questions they may have, as Cryptosavers Club is a decentralized self-service app with no third-party support or customer service.

Account Registration and Security: In order to access the Cryptosavers Club platform and app, users must register for an account and provide certain personal and financial information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and other sensitive information. Cryptosavers Club is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of user accounts.

Changes to Services and Fees: Cryptosavers Club reserves the right to change or modify its services or fees at any time without notice. Any changes to services or fees will be effective immediately upon posting on the Cryptosavers Club platform or app.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Cryptosavers Club provides the platform and app on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of the platform or app in terms of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or otherwise. Cryptosavers Club disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: Cryptosavers Club will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if Cryptosavers Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Cryptosavers Club and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of their use of the Cryptosavers Club platform or app, their violation of these terms and conditions, or their violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions and the use of the Cryptosavers Club platform and app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the Cryptosavers Club platform or app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the [Arbitration Organization] rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming and the parties shall split the costs of arbitration equally.

Miscellaneous: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Cryptosavers Club platform and app, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Cryptosavers Club to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
